So refreshing. Perfect for a hot sunny day. Blend and enjoy. This smoothie is packed with vitamin a, vitamin c, vitamin e, vitamin b6, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, and potassium
Smoothies are loaded with nutrition and are perfect for a hot day. Remember to try and drink smoothies an hour or two before eating a large meal for proper digestion (to prevent gas)
