Why choose organic over non-organic?

Gluten free/Ciliac

Whether you are choosing to eat gluten-free or if you have to because you hace celiac's disease it is a start to a healthier life. Celiac's disease starts during middle infancy and effects the body when the gluten protein has been eaten. The body will react different ways per person but the most common symptoms are bloating, seizures, depression, diahhrea, discomfort in the small intestine, weight gain, and fatigue. It creates extra stress on the body and after years and and years of damage the body will have a hard time absorbing nutrients, minerals and the fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E, and K.

BUT eating a gluten-free diet doesn't necessarily mean you are eating healthy. You have to make sure that other unhealthy ingrediens are ALSO not in your gluten-free products such as sugar, GMO corn and soy, and salt.

Like this product for instance, Kellogg's Rice Krispies. Just because they made it gluten-free does not mean that it is healthy. Infact no one should be eating this product. It has 500 mg of sugar! Honestly. Are you children running around the house in the morning with energy to spare? This is why. In order for your body to get rid of that nasty sugar, the sugar has to combine itself with stored minerals and vitamins to leave your system. Some of it will be stored as toxins, creating fat. So... Sorry Kellogg's no one should be eating this . There are lots of other gluten-free products that are not healthy for you. Remember to always read the ingredients.

The people who eat gluten-free and stay away from those nasty other ingredients like sugar and salt are making a good health choice. It will help your body become strong, slim, vibrant and healthy. Wheat is too hard to digest. Even if you do not have Celiac's disease you will still feel tired and bloated after eating wheat. It is very hard on your intestines as well. Gluten-free eating has become a fad, but don't do it because everyone else is doing it. Do what you feel is right/healthy for your body.
