Mandy's Tips for Everyday Health
Covers enough fish to feed 4 Dairy-Free, Refined Sugar-Free, Gluten-Free, Soy-Free
Ingredients
-
6 cloves garlic, sliced thin
-
3 Tbsp. coconut oil
-
1 tsp. unpasteurized honey
-
1/2 tsp. celtic sea salt
-
1 tsp. Mrs. Dash seasoning (original)
What to do
1. Fry sliced garlic in coconut oil on low heat until soft. Turn off heat and let cool. Add remaining ingredients and stir. Spread an even layer of rub onto your fish.
2. Bake your fish in the oven on 424° C for 10 minutes. If fish is thin it might be finished cooking. If not, lower temp to 350° and cook for another 5-10 minutes. Checking every 5 minutes. Remember when fish sits out on the pan it continues to cook so make sure it's a little under cooked when you take it out. No one likes a dryed out fish!
