Ingredients

6 hard boiled eggs

3 tbsp of olive oil based mayo

paprika
-
2 diced pickles
-
lettuce
-
sea salt

2 celery stalks - diced (optional)
What to do
Lower 6 eggs into a pot of boiling water very carefully with a spoon. Boil for 10 minutes
Carefully drain water and let eggs cool in cold water for 10 minutes
Peel the eggs and cut into thin pieces and place into a bowl. Add mayo, sprinkle a bit of sea salt and paprika. Cut up pickle and add to the bowl and gently stir.
Serve on ripped up lettuce and eat!
