Makes 6 crepes

 

*Dehydrator required

 

Crepe Ingredients 

  • 4 bananas, pealed and cut into chunks

  • 1/4 almond milk (homemade is best)

  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

 

Cashew Sauce 

  • 1 cup cashews, soaked previously for 4 hours

  • 1/2 cup pure maple syrup

  • 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract

  • 3 Tbsp. filtered water

 

Raspberry Sauce 

  • 1/2 cup raspberries, fresh or frozen - thawed

  • 1 tsp. unpasteurized honey or agave nectar

 

Fruit of your choice

  • I used mango, pear and apple that I sprinkled with cinnamon and dehydrated an hour to make soft.

 

 

What to do

 

Crepes - Blend all ingredients. Pour 2 tbsp of mixture on the paraflexx dehydrator sheets into 6 inch crepe circles. I made 6 circles. Dehydrate for 4 hours on 110 degrees.

 

Cashew sauce - Blend ingredients on high speed for 2 minutes until smooth.

 

Raspberry Sauce - Blend ingredients on low speed for 10 seconds.

 

Put crepes together with sliced fruit and sauces. Eat!
