Filling

 

  • 1 mango - peeled and diced

  • 2 plums - diced

  • 1 apple - peeled and diced

  • 2 peaches - pealed and diced

  • 1/2 cup blackberries or raspberries

  • 1/4 cup honey or agave nectar

 

 

Topping

 

  • 1 cup oat flour

  • 1 cup oats (quick)

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/4 - 1/2 cup maple syrup

  • 3 tbsp. coconut oil

 

What to do

 

 

Preheat oven to 375F. Combine the filling ingredients together in a large bowl. Stir and add to the caserole dish. 

 

 

In another bowl, stir together the oat flour, oats, and cinnamon. Add in the maple syrup, honey and coconut oil until thoroughly combined into a flakey dough. Crumble over fruit filling

 

 

Bake, uncovered, at 375F for around 30 minutes, checking on the topping after 20 minutes. If the topping starts to brown too soon, you can remove it from the oven and cover with tin foil for the rest of the time. The crumble is reay when the top is golden brown.

 

 

Cool for 5-10 minutes and serve on its own, or with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or coconut milk yogurt.
