Ingredients

 

  • 3 cups of any fruit or berries, if frozen - thawed

  • 4 Tbsp honey or agave nectar

What to do

 

1. Add fruit to a blender with you sweetener. Blend until smooth

 

2. Pour on dehydrator sheets and shape into thin even squares and dehydrate on 110 degrees for 7 hours. Checking after 5 hours. Once tops are sticky but firm, flip and dehydrate on the other side for half an hour.

 

3. Place on parchment paper and cut into strips.

 

Store in an air tight container
