Makes 1 cup

 

Ingredients:

 
  • 1 cup gluten free oats (quick)

  • 1 cup filtered water

  • 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract

  • 1 banana

  • 1 Tbsp. cinnamon 

  • 2 Tbsp. pure maple syrup

  • 2 Tbsp. of chocolate chips or nibs (optional)

  • Garnish with cinnamon or cocoa

 

 

 

What to do:

 

Soak the oats in 1 cup of water for 3 hours or over night.

 

 

Add vanilla, maple syrup and 1/2 tsp. cinnamon. Stir.

 

 

Mash half the banana and add it to the oatmeal. Stir

 

 

Place your bowl of oatmeal in your dehydrator on 115 degrees to heat for 1 hour.

 

 

Sprinkle on a bit of cinnamon, chocolate chips or cocoa. Add sliced banana. Eat!
