Ingredients:

1 cup coconut water or filtered water

1/2 scoop of Vega one protein powder

1/2 Tbsp. maca powder

1/4 tsp. chlorella

1/4 tsp. spirulina

1/2 tsp. chia seeds
What to do:
Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend on high speed.
This shake is awesome for a pre-work out drink. It has tons of vitamins, minerals and key ingredients to help boost your energy and give you plenty of nutrients.
