Ingredients:

 

  • 1 banana

  • 1/2 cup berries

  • 1 cup coconut water or filtered water

  • 1/2 scoop of Vega one protein powder

  • 1/2 Tbsp. maca powder

  • 1/4 tsp. chlorella

  • 1/4 tsp. spirulina

  • 1/2 tsp. chia seeds

 

 

 

What to do:

 

 

Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend on high speed.
