Makes 16 balls
Ingredients

1/2 cup raw smooth peanut butter

3 graham crackers, ground

1 tsp. vanilla

2 Tbsp. maple syrup
Drizzle

1/4 cup chocolate chips

2 tsp. coconut oil
What to do:
In a sauce pan on the lowest heat add peanut butter, vanilla and maple syrup. Melt and stir.
In a food processor or blender, add graham crackers and blend.
Add the ground graham crackers to the peanut butter mixture and stir. Mixture will be thick.
With a spoon, scoop out peanut butter mixture and roll into small balls. Place balls on a piece of parchment paper.
Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil on low heat in a pan and stir. Drizzle chocolate on peanut butter balls.
