Ingredients:

 

Serves 4

 

  • 5 medium sized red potatoes

  • 4 tbsp. potato starch

  • 2 tsp. garlic powder or granules

  • 1/2 tsp. Mrs.Dash or salt and pepper

  • 5 tbsp. coconut oil, melted

  • Celtic sea salt for garnish

 

 

What do do:

 

Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees

 

 

Soak potatos in water and apple cider vinegar to clean for 10 minutes. Rinse twice.

 

 

Cut each potato into 12 wedges.

 

 

Put coconut oil into a pot and melt on low heat. Add wedges to the pot and shake with the lid on, coating all the wedges in cocont oil.

 

 

Add dry ingredients to a large ziplock bag. Add wedges and shake bag until all the wedges are coated.

 

 

Line wedges standing up on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper, for easy cleaning, and bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes. Broil on high for 3 minutes if you would like them crispier.
