1/2 cup strawberries, chopped and frozen

1 cup mango, chopped and frozen

1/4 cup filtered water
What to do
1. Chop and freeze fruit for 5 hours.
2. Add frozen fruit in a high speed blender, vitamix, or
nutibullet. Add water as needed to get fruit moving. Serve
right away.
