Ingredients
Salad

4 zucchini - spiralized or cut into noodles
-
2 carrots - slivered
-
1/2 onion - fried in maple syrup to caramelize

1/6 cabbage - thin slices

1/2 cup bean sprouts
-
1/2 cup broccoli, chunked
Dressing
-
1/4 cup minced cinantro
-
3 Tbsp. raw almond butter
-
Juice from 2 limes
-
3 tsp. pure maple syrup
-
1 Tbsp. minced/grated ginger
-
2 garlic cloves, minched
-
water
What to do
Prepare all the veggies as stated above and add to a large bowl.
Prepare dressing in a bowl, stir or blend in a blender. Pour ontop of salad 30 minutes before serving.
Salad will be good in the fridge for a couple days.
