Ingredients

 

Salad

 

  • 4  zucchini - spiralized or cut into noodles

  • 2 carrots - slivered

  • 1/2 onion - fried in maple syrup to caramelize

  • 1/6 cabbage - thin slices

  • 1/2 cup bean sprouts

  • 1/2 cup broccoli, chunked

 

Dressing

 

  • 1/4 cup minced cinantro

  • 3 Tbsp. raw almond butter

  • Juice from 2 limes

  • 3 tsp. pure maple syrup

  • 1 Tbsp. minced/grated ginger

  • 2 garlic cloves, minched

  • water

 

 

 

What to do

 

Prepare all the veggies as stated above and add to a large bowl.

 

Prepare dressing in a bowl, stir or blend in a blender. Pour ontop of salad 30 minutes before serving.

 

Salad will be good in the fridge for a couple days.
