Ingredients
Makes 1 cup

1/2 cup olive oil

1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

1/4 cup unpasteurized honey

1 tsp. yellow mustard

1/2 lemon, squeezed

4 Tbsp. nutritional yeast

1 clove garlic, chopped
What to do:
Fill a glass measuring cup up with 1/2 olive oil, add 1/4 apple cider vinegar and 1/4 honey.
Add hot water to a pot and place measuring cup into the pot to melt honey.
Add remaining ingredients.
Once the honey is melted add all to a blender and blend on low for 1 minute. Then blend on high for another 30 seconds. Poor into a jar to seal. Store in the fridge. This salad dressing is great on all salads. It's our favourite and we use it daily.
